Love


True unconditional love flows from believing in our basic goodness.

Through meditation, contemplative prayer, and mindful living, we learn to connect with this essential truth.  There is basic goodness at everyone's core.

With introspective practices, we learn to quiet out mind and return to our soul.  For in our centered soul, love lives.

In doing so, we wake up to embody the divine fountain of love which is within all of us.
